This hotel is perfectly situated in a convenient location in the center of town, close to the main street and within easy walking distance to popular attractions like Little Adams peak and the 9-arches bridge. The staff, especially Chaminda, the guest relations manager, are attentive and helpful, providing directions and information about the town. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with amenities like air conditioning and a comfortable bed. Additionally, the breakfast included in the room rate is a great value, providing a variety of options to start the day.

For the price we paid, the Oak Ray in Ella was worth it. The rooms were clean and simple, and the location was perfect, right in the center of downtown Ella. The staff was friendly and courteous, and the pool was well-maintained.

Spent my Easter weekend at a beautiful hotel and had such an amazing time! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious! Loved the fact that they had a pool and a spa where we could just relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the town. The location was also perfect, just a few minutes' walk from all the main attractions and shops. One of the best things about the hotel was the stunning view from the balcony, it was truly breathtaking!

Although the hotel itself was great, there were a few things that could have been better. the room was a bit cramped and there wasn't enough space to move around comfortably.
